	What are Special Members (SPM)?

	Customers that have a Special member's card or a Gold member's card are eligible.

	What's a Special Member's card?

	It's a special card we give out to loyal customers. It is required to have an Innocent World Member's Card to be eligible.

Members' Benefits

	Special sneak previews of upcoming merchandise in-store and at our homepage, and early access to reservations. Ability to order reservation items by phone directly to store of your choice. （ID and password gives access to the members' page.)

	Items limited to certain store locations only can be ordered to the store location of your choice.

	Birthday coupon worth 5,000 yen usable at Innocent World shops or through online sales. Also, you will receive a special novelty present for your birthday.

Special members-only activities will be coming in the future.

Eligible Customers

Customers who spend over 200,000 yen in Innocent World merchandise per year (including tax).
※ Sale, set, or specially priced items do not count towards the total.

Eligible Time Periods

	January 1 (1/1)～December 31 (12/31) （Membership begins February 1 and lasts for one year）

	May 1 (5/1)～April 30 (4/30) of the following year （Membership begins June 1 and lasts for one year）

	September 1 (9/1)～August 31 (8/31) of the following year （Membership begins October 1 and lasts for one year）

	We will inform you of your Special Member status by the middle of the month following your completed one year requirement. At that time we will send you a return postcard, so please fill in the store location you visit the most (this will be your base store) and send it back. At the end of the month following your completed one year requirement, we will send you your Special Members' ID and password. You may start to access the Special Members' page at the beginning of the following month. ※ You will not be able to use your members' benefits at store locations other than your base store. Please contact us if you always only purchase items through our online shop (and do not have access to a base store). We will respond by email.

	What's a Gold Member's card?

	Gold Membership is awarded to customers who spend 1,000,000 yen or more in one year. Gold Members receive special service when shopping at our store locations or through our online shop. They have benefits such as being able to use our easy order system and can order custom production of past items. （We will provide an estimate of what it will cost to produce just one item.)

	Points to be aware of

	The store location you started the member's card at will be in charge of calculating your yearly total.

	Membership cannot be applied to customers who spend over 200,000 yen at multiple stores and the online shop (all purchases must be at the same location, on the same member's card).

	We recommend any customers wishing to become Special Members to please inquire at your nearest store location.

	If you would like to check your current total towards Special Membership, please inquire at the store location at which you originally made your membership card (it may take some time to do the calculations).

	If you would like to change the location of your "base store", please ask at both the old and new store locations.
